There is a thread in this ng, about how you can continue climbing if you have elbow inflammation. This thread is really disturbing, in that none of the participants, told the truth. The truth is, when a key part of your body fails, such as an elbow, you have only one choice...........retirement. Let's not offer dangerous advice (you can do it one-handed, etc..) and for once be honest. Retire now.

I retire EVERY time something hurts. I retire to my apartment with a bottle of Advil, a bottle of Glucosamine and a bottle of Jack Daniels. Works every time.
