Hello all, I'm looking into buying a new pair of rock shoes....anyone have any recommendations, pro or con? I've been climbing for about 2 years now, and my first pair, five tens, have gotten very streched out. The heel is so badly streched out and loose now, that when I put on my shoes I have enough room to stick a finger or two back there! (yes they were very tight when I first bought them) I'd like to avoid this problem with my next pair... I've been looking at some of the Boreal shoes, as they seem to have a sole that goes all the way around the heel. I'm basically looking for a good, all around shoe. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
banjo

the best shoe that comes near five ten is La sportiva if you want to have a shoe that closes arount youre feet you think about la sportiva enduro and because the sole is made of vibram xsv rubber it comes near the stealt rubber the rubber from boreal is to hard if you are used to clim with stealth, ore maybe boreal quetzal but i have no experiance with these shoes

good luck John van Lopik / the shoemaker/ netherlands
