Anyone been up or down the cables route lately? Is there any snow left to deal with (axe) ?

I don't know Long's that well. I was there last Friday (one week ago) and no snow was visible from the boulderfield looking up to the area right of the Diamond. If I understand correctly, this is where the cables route goes.

Our route was closed for a body recovery.

This view is pretty much centered on the cables route (just below center). Best time to check it is a clear morning, since it is updated regularly.
