I'm a novice climber who hasn't climbed for 1 1/2 yrs, between raising a kid and my work i haven't had time, but i would like to get back into the groove off things. Was wondering if anybody out there has any good methods. Thanks........Jason

The silence is deafening. I guess I'm not the only one wondering what you found lacking in the responses to your first question on this subject just two weeks ago. You could at least post a more specific question.

Climb dude! 2 to 4 times a week! If it is to cold (or raining) outside than climb indoors. Until you are climbing 5.10a you should be concentrating on technique only. One side note: don't forget to train your antagonist (i.e.: chest, shoulders, back of forearms).
