It is time to move to another house, so maybe someone is out there who wants to buy 'the best home gym' in the USA (and my house). Serious inquires only, but the basic facts are as follows: location: San Diego County, California (North County Inland area) amenities: approximately 3000 square feet of climbing surface with thousands of inset custom holds and regular holds house details: approximately 2500 square foot house, 3 bed, 3 bath, killer view, 10 years old, priced at under $400K more information available upon request, buyer to verify all measurements.

I am NOT quitting climbing, just rebuilding a new gym in my next house. This present gym of mine is the best crag in Southern California!!!

Sounds great! I bet you can get to Black's Beach or Cardiff Reef for a surf in no time. The only problem for us is that I would have to turn the house upside down and make the climbing gym into '5.1+ SLAB WORLD' or just make it the best damn aid climbing gym on the planet!
