I know of an excellent quide that lives in Quito. I have personally climbed with him on Aconcagua. His name is Jose Luis Peralvo. He would be willing to work with you in most any capacity you wanted or needed. He can be reached at

I'll second Jose-Luis.

I climbed with him in Argentina. Great guy and strong as well.
